Liquid Motors “Multi-Launch” Technology Expands to Commercial Consignors

The hot topic within the remarketing industry is how consignors can list their inventory on the multiple online marketplaces simultaneously while eliminating the risk of double sale. The industry has been calling out for this technology and Liquid Motors listened and introduced a service to the remarketing industry at NAAA in September of 2012. Over the past 12 months, the company has seen an increase in the demand for use of their “multi-launch” wholesale technology from dealerships and independent auto auctions. Now Liquid Motors is seeing increased demand for upstream vehicles from commercial accounts.

"Our initial thought was to offer this technology to independent auto auctions and retail dealers since they are currently multi-listing cars on the three major online wholesale platforms," says Greg Lubrani, COO of Liquid Motors. The story of how Liquid Motors got into the remarketing space is a fascinating one. Founded in 2005, Liquid Motors worked with retail automotive dealers on becoming successful selling cars on eBay Motors. That success lead to Liquid Motors being one of five of eBay's Preferred Solution Providers. Their dealers quickly asked them to expand to working with all of the automotive retail websites as well as create products that assist them in becoming successful merchandising their cars online.

In early 2011 Liquid Motors was approached by a well known remarketing industry icon and asked if his company could apply the same principles that they use on the retail side and create the same technology on the remarketing side of the business. After 18 months of development beta testing, the Liquid Motors "One Click Wholesale" service was launched. The service is extremely powerful because it can take data from any source and in any format.
